Croc placed 1st in the Open!

OPEN: Jam

Croc received a Jam in the Open.

Croc came to the line at 8:28 am.

Walkout – He had a good mark.

Flyer – Croc went out to the fall area out deep in front of the guns. He established a hunt going left to right from the gunners to his bird.

Middle – He ran out to the gunners blind and made a quick circle left. Then he moved to the fall area and to his bird.

Right – Croc had a good line across the field. He went in at the end of the tree line then turned left. He popped then moved on his own to the fall area

Flyer – Croc – BAM!! Straight to the area, one tight turn and got his bird.

Simulated – Great line to his bird and got it.

Retired – He went straight to the fall area. He had one loop and got his bird.

Croc’s initial line carried him into the pond and over the point. He got two whistles out of the pond. He crossed the road and to the mound and past the bale. He got two whistles to the bird.

Flyer – Croc got a nice flyer. He went out to the area and with a couple of loops and came back with the bird.

Middle – He went around the edge of the pond and up through the slot. He took a couple loops and headed back with the bird.

Left – Croc went through the water and up the hill with a turn just short of the bird, but he quickly recovered and had his bird on the next pass.

 

Came to the line at 8:30 am.

Flyer – tight loops to come up with the flyer and back in for his middle retired.

MR – A couple of loops to come up with the bird.

LR – Working the ditch in search of the rooster. He took a couple of whistles to put him on the bird.

Croc is headed to Boston, Georgia with Dave to compete in the 2017 National Open November 12th-18th. He has drawn number 83.
